Our company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiative team is tasked with continually improving our policies, procedures, and employee education around these issues. Our goal is to create an inclusive culture where all employees feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work.

Casting a Wider Net

More than simply stating our commitment, we’re identifying ways to make measurable impacts in these areas. As examples, we’re working to further diversify our staff by seeking out a wide pool of candidates for our open positions. We’re also focused on diversifying our supply chain by seeking new partnerships with organizations that align with our values.

Positive Impacts

We also believe we have a responsibility to use our voice to make an impact outside our company. The team that supports our clients are trained in developing creative for the diverse, underrepresented audiences served by the nonprofits we support. The campaigns we develop and the way we tell our stories give us the opportunity to advance diversity and inclusion through accurate and positive portrayals.
