Concord Direct is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to facilitate internal team development of email, web, and paid media projects from beginning to end. In this contract role, you’ll play a pivotal part in Concord Direct’s mission to help nonprofit organizations grow and engage audiences.

In particular, we are looking for somebody with project management experience in a direct marketing agency setting, especially with regards to creative asset routing for email, web, and paid media. The person in this contract position should have great organizational, communication, and project management skills, and must be able to juggle the coordination of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be interested in the execution of processes specific to the development of digital deployments, and will be available 3-4 hours per day, 5 days per week on a consistent schedule during regular business hours (EST). Onboarding and training hours may vary and will be determined prior to the onset of the engagement.

As a freelance Digital Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating the content development process with internal team members using document templates and established steps and timelines
  • Transitioning client-approved content to production-facing documentation, including technical requirements, consistent asset alignment throughout each brief/document, and proper task assignments and descriptions for the responsible parties
  • Proactively communicating updates, notifying teams of changes, and managing smooth handoffs
  • Raising awareness of any scheduling conflicts

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • 3+ years in a project manager role within an agency
  • Experience using Asana (strongly preferred) or other forms of project management software
  • Strong organizational skills, with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency when needed
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and patience for a role in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment.
  • An understanding of best practices for digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills

Hourly rate:

$30–$40/hour; commensurate with experience

In this contract role, you’ll be proud of the work you’re doing to help drive positive change in the world by empowering the work of our clients.

As a junior business analyst, this person will be responsible for data ETL for report production and will assist in ad-hoc analysis with the strategy team. The ideal candidate will have experience using SQL and pivot tables. Experience with Tableau is desired but not required.

Job Duties

  • Perform basic data cleaning and management using Snowflake SQL and excel.
  • QC new data and work with teams to resolve issues.
  • Produce reports using Excel, Google workbooks, and Tableau.
  • Run SQL queries for ad-hoc reporting.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand analytical objectives and define requirements.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in: Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Accounting, Business or related fields
  • SQL and Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to thrive in change. Fast, flexible, cooperative work style with ability to reprioritize.
  • Detail oriented, with strong mathematical, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Must be able to understand and analyze data, synthesize large volumes of data and complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings.
  • Excellent data visualization and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Considered a plus

  • Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Direct marketing in the nonprofit/fundraising/political sector.
  • Experience with direct mail, digital campaigns, and/or email campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts.

Hourly Rate

  • $40-$45/hour 20 to 40 hrs(depending on contractor’s bandwidth) per week for 4–5 months.
  • As a (1099) contractor, no company-sponsored benefits are included in this position.
